We are looking for outstanding Baristas. Exceptional customer service as well as basic coffee knowledge is a must. Latte art is a plus but not a requirement. Required qualifications:

• 1-2 years experience in a high volume coffee shop.
• Exceptional customer service
• Professional, approachable appearance (attire will be noted)
• Good communication skills with the ability to engage customers with your outgoing personality.
• Desire to learn, EVERYDAY!
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a strong emphasis on cleaning.
• Excellent attitude toward customers and coworkers.
• Must have reliable transportation and an email account.
• Must have Food Safety Manager’s Certification or willing to obtain within 30days of hire.

We are currently hiring full time Barista positions ONLY. 35-40hours with open availability. Open availability means you must be able to work weekends, including Sunday without exception.
